Son of a General Manager working in the Indian Ordnance factory, Mr. Adarsh Kumar Dhawan, a chemical engineering graduate from one of the most prestigious educational institutes in the country (IIT BHU) is one self-made man. He always believed in challenging his potential to its fullest.He is diverse in his capabilities and abilities and believed in the diversity of mind. He started off as an amere trainee at Indian Explosives Limited on the identification of responsible areas of damage of finished products and methods of production declaration. Since then he has worked as a sales and service engineer, a production superintendent, a production manager, works manager, a project manager, a retainer with some of the most dignified and prestigious companies in India.

Passion is what drives a man. And for Mr. Adarsh Kumar Dhawan, it was his passion to spread knowledge. After contributing 8 auspicious years of his life to the working industry, he decided to follow his passion and devoted himself to the world of knowledge. Be it teaching Mathematics and Physics to the students of class 11th and 12th or engineering and medical aspirants independently,Mr. Dhawan gave wings to fly to everyone he came across in his entire life. These remarkable and
significant qualities and positive yet practical approach turned him into the academic head of the
Physics department with Career Launcher, Himachal Pradesh.

Mr. Dhawan believed in working with the youth, hand in hand. The keyword to accomplish this was ‘connect’ which Mr. Dhawan had an understanding of. He gave importance to the basic reason of frustration among the youth and tried to counter them with his ideology. The economy is what drives a country to the next level. Mr. Dhawan has a mindset of ranting and discussing about the problem but instead looking for the solution. This ideology of his struck chords with ARTHKRANTI, an economical solution oriented proposal for which he worked rigorously for last 10 years. Presently, he is working on a rather scientific approach which can reduce the gap between Bharat and India VS our own cultural heritage. The ideology and mindset of this extra ordinary man is modern yet rooted, he walks shoulder to shoulder with the youth but also is a guiding light for them whenever required. It is because of people like Mr. Adarsh Kumar Dhawan and the glory that they bring along with them that we can this with a lot of pride that India is on its way to become the India of our dreams.
